Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support Specialist  in medical insurance to join our team in Riyadh. If you have experience in insurance claims or support roles and have strong coordination skills, this is the role for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team to receive and process new insurance requests or renewal requests.
  • Communicate with clients to collect necessary data for issuing new policies or renewing existing ones.
  • Ensure smooth and timely processing of all insurance-related requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in resolving any technical issues related to the medical insurance system or policy issuance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all requests and interactions, ensuring proper documentation of client information.
  • Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding policy-related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma  in Management, Insurance, or Accounting.
  • 6+ months of experience in technical support or insurance.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and handle insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Review and verify the necessary documentation to assess claim validity.
    • Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth claims processing.
    • Ensure that claims are processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Track and monitor the status of claims, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for resolution.
    • Communicate with clients to inform them of claim status and provide assistance as needed.
    • Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to claims.
    • Prepare and maintain records of all claims and interactions.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Finance, Legal, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless claims processing and high-quality customer service.

     

    Qualifications
